Home / Connecticut Sober Living
Springtime Living operates two premium sober living homes for men in Connecticut — in Hartford and New London. Some people call them sober houses, sober homes, or sober home living — whatever term you're searching, what we've built is the same: a real home, not an institutional facility. Residents come from all across the state, not just the surrounding towns.
Everything we do is built upon four foundational pillars designed to foster growth, independence, and long-term sobriety:
We foster a culture of deep empathy, treating every individual with the dignity they deserve on their healing journey from the inside out.
Our homes are clean and fully furnished. To offer unparalleled stability and peace of mind, we never use bunk beds and strictly limit occupancy to one or two residents per room. By providing spacious environments, nutritious meals, and premium amenities, we create a space where residents can truly rest, recharge, and focus on personal growth.
Our dedicated staff cultivates a secure peer community. To help residents regain independence and confidence, we provide active job search guidance and direct connections to local businesses looking to hire.
We celebrate a beautifully diverse world. While our homes are uniquely structured to be gender-specific, we proudly stand by the Fair Housing Act and welcome individuals from all walks of life.
122 Tremont St — on Hartford’s historic west side, just a block from West Hartford and a 5–7 minute walk to West Hartford Center (Blue Back Square).
495 Montauk Ave, New London, CT — serving the Shoreline, Southeastern Connecticut, and beyond.
We place residents based on current availability and fit, not strictly by geography. Call us and we'll help you figure out which home works best.
West Hartford, Wethersfield, Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, Granby, Glastonbury, and the surrounding area.
Mystic, Stonington, Waterford, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Essex, Madison, Guilford, Branford, and the shoreline towns between.
Bridgeport, Stamford, Norwalk, Danbury, and the rest of Fairfield County — many residents choose the distance from home as part of a fresh start.
Litchfield, Torrington, New Milford, Kent, and the towns of the Litchfield Hills.
Whether you're searching for yourself or for a loved one, here's how to take the next step.
