We won’t tell you what’s wrong with other sober living homes in Connecticut — we’ll tell you what we’ve built into ours, and let that speak for itself.
We Never Use Bunk Beds
We limit every room to one or two residents, single or double occupancy, and we never use bunk beds. It’s a small detail on paper, but it’s one of the first things residents and families notice when they walk through the door.
Our Leadership Team
| Leader | Role |
|---|---|
| Dr. Ana Lizcano, PsyD | Licensed Clinical Psychologist, trauma-informed clinical oversight |
| Kevin Williams | Co-Founder, personal dedication and advocacy |
| Tom Williams, Esq., CPA | Co-Founder, legal and financial integrity |
We built our leadership team around three different kinds of expertise on purpose — clinical, personal, and operational — because we think a recovery residence needs all three to run well.
We Help Residents Get Back to Work
We provide active job-search guidance and direct connections to local employers looking to hire. We see steady employment as part of recovery, not separate from it.
We Hold a Real Standard, Not Just a Badge
We’re CTARR certified with NARR-trained staff, and we back that standard up with consistent house rules we actually enforce.
The Springtime Approach
We built our entire program around four pillars: Compassion, Comfort, Support, and Inclusion. We hold every resident to real accountability while giving them a home that actually feels like one.
